Frosty’s signature hole, the par 4 ninth can yield scores from 3 to 10...
A demanding tee shot awaits you with OB left, and woods / lateral hazard to the right plus a deep ravine off the front of tee. An elevation change of -80 feet tee to green with a fairway that kicks errant shots into the woods, makes getting the ball to stop on the short shelf just short of the 150 marker exceptionally difficult. Most likely the second mid to long iron shot will be played from a sharp downhill lie to the green which is still 50’ below the shot location. When on the green, your troubles a still not over. Optical illusions will leave you shacking your head is disbelief as a cross green putt appears to break uphill.
